The house features three bedrooms, two of which have king-sized beds, one with an ensuite, and the third bedroom with a queen-sized bed. Additionally, there are two living areas and an outside entertaining area with a BBQ and a full kitchen.

The updated kitchen and both bathrooms feature modern amenities and were fully renovated in 2022. With block-out blinds and electric roller shutters on all external windows, privacy is assured, and you can keep the bedrooms completely dark for those who like to sleep in.

The house offers ducted reverse cycle heating and cooling throughout, as well as ceiling fans in all bedrooms. Plus, it's just a short walk to the pub, Oscars Restaurant, Hardys Tintara, Foodland, and a park, making it the perfect location for whatever you have planned in the region. Whether you prefer to share a meal and drink together or enjoy one of the three inside sitting areas or outside alfresco dining area, this house has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay.
