Food & Drink
The Balnaves family have been associated with the district since 1855 with the first wines under the Balnaves of Coonawarra label being produced in 1990. They remain fully committed to a high level of 'hands-on' involvement and look forward to sharing their passion with you.

The Wine Room overlooks a tranquil pond full of native bird life, surrounded by vineyards and over 900 beautiful rose bushes. The Wine Room has much to offer with its unique glass floor showcasing the famous Coonawarra Terra Rossa soil profile.

Enjoy the view on the deck overlooking the pond or if you'd prefer, relax on their brand new deck set under the gum trees and native gardens. Enjoy a cheese box filled with selected cheeses and cured meats that can be enjoyed on the lawn, on one of the decks or sitting among the roses. In winter, relax by the fire inside with a glass of award-winning wine.
