Stillness in the Japanese Garden is a deeper Beyond Wellness experience held within one of the Adelaide most intentional settings.

Led by a specialist facilitator, the experience combines guided sensory immersion, seated meditation, gentle movement and breathwork. The pace is slow and considered, allowing guests to notice the water, stone, planting, shade and quiet rhythms of the Japanese Garden without rushing through them.

This is a more immersive format than a guided walk. It is designed for guests who want time to pause, regulate, reconnect and experience the Garden as a place for reflection rather than sightseeing. The facilitator holds the structure carefully, making the experience accessible while still allowing depth.

Suitable for small private groups, retreats, corporate wellbeing programs, milestone gatherings and visitors seeking a calm, memorable Adelaide experience.

All mats and equipment provided.
