Brooklands Historic Farm Cottage is a self-contained, luxury cottage located on rural setting overlooking Port Elliot, on South Australia’s Fleurieu Peninsula. This historic 1840’s cottage makes the ideal romantic and memorable getaway for couples to enjoy, or can accommodate up to 4 people with the second double bedroom. The self-contained and private cottage is perfectly positioned in a farm setting. When you walk through the Historic Cottage you will appreciate all the original features like the limestone walls, and the stunning ocean and rural views through the windows.
With queen-size bed in main bedroom, and a double bed in second bedroom, Linen & towels provided, reverse cycle air conditioning, en suite bathroom with spa bath, a fully fitted kitchen and cosy sitting room with wood fire. It is surrounded by its own private gardens designed by Sophie Thomson (Gardening Australia).
Other facilities include a HD LCD Television, DVD, CD player with iPod docking and Nespresso coffee pod machine.
This beautifully restored State Heritage listed cottage was built by early settlers around 1840, is on a 65-acre property with stunning rural and ocean views between Port Elliot and Victor Harbor, 80 kilometres south of Adelaide.
This house is on the same grounds as Brooklands Historic Farm Main Farmhouse. It is possible to book both Cottage and Farmhouse together for larger groups of up to 14 people.
