The Fleurieu Food Festival is your delicious excuse to eat, sip and wander your way across the Fleurieu.

Held throughout August, the festival brings together the region's growers, makers, chefs, winemakers, brewers, distillers, bakers and all-round flavour wizards for a month-long celebration of local food and drink. Think long lunches, farm-gate feasts, wine dinners, workshops, tastings, fireside sessions, producer-led experiences and the kind of meals you'll still be talking about on the drive home.

From McLaren Vale vineyards and Willunga market goodness to coastal kitchens, country pubs, cellar doors and hidden local gems, the festival is a chance to taste the Fleurieu at its best — generous, seasonal, a little bit indulgent and never too polished to have fun.

Come hungry. Bring your favourite people. Stay for the weekend if you know what's good for you.

Whether you're a serious foodie, a wine lover, a curious grazer or just someone who appreciates a very good lunch, the Fleurieu Food Festival is a celebration of the people and places that make this region so easy to love.
