Taste native food and boutique wine in the Flinders Ranges

Unique cuisine, iconic pub food and local wine await in the Flinders Ranges and Outback. Surprise your tastebuds at Parachilna's Prairie Hotel with emu egg omelette, kangaroo tail soup or even camel sirloin. For a more familiar dining experience, stop off at one of the region's  many friendly pubs for great outback hospitality and exceptional food. The Southern Flinders is one of our most unique wine regions, producing riesling, cabernet sauvignon, merlot and shiraz. Despite its youth, the region boasts more than 20 growers. Notable wineries and cellar doors include Bundaleer Wines, Bartagunyah Estate and Remarkable View Wines.
