Pet Let specialises in contemporary 'pets-inside' homes in desirable settings. This open-plan home overlooking Jagger Lake with views of Victor Harbor is no exception.

Pups especially love supervising the reserve from the generous deck, furnished for lazy hours of book reading and barbeque entertaining. Enjoy birdwatching the black, and white cockatoos, galahs, ducks, pelicans and wrens that frequent the area.

Wake up to birdsong in the morning. This compact home sleeps six and is 80 percent solar-powered. You're welcome to bring your pets inside as in all Pet Let homes. Just pack a cover for the furniture. Everything else will be provided including a housekeeping service so you'll be welcomed with quality, fresh linen on the beds and a bottle of local South Australia wine. There are three bedrooms, a bathroom, laundry and a separate toilet.

The furnishings have a beachy feel and streamed entertainment is free.

The Kings Beach Lookout and Encounter Bay boat ramp are a two-minute drive away. You can walk around the lake to the beach about six minutes away, then on to Petrel Cove and The Bluff.

Join the Victor Harbor Heritage Trail winding along the cliffs to Kings Beach. At certain times of the year you can spot whales, dolphins and seals along the scenic coastline.
