Food & Drink
Eight-time winner of the ‘South Australian Cocktail Bar of the Year’ award.

Below Bread & Bone Wood Grill, you’ll find Maybe Mae hidden between the laneways of Peel and Leigh Streets. Venture down the stairs and look for the concealed door within the timber-clad wall. Take a seat at the bar or settle into one of the luxe booths; inspired by the iconic Mae West, the interior oozes 1950s femininity and art-deco glamour.

Maybe Mae's drinks take full advantage of seasonal flavours, and if you’re unsure what to order, chat with the bartenders and they will recommend something to your taste. All of the syrups are handmade using freshly juiced fruit and seasonal ingredients.
