Landaire is a family-owned label by David and Carolyn Brown, producing single-vineyard hand-crafted wines reflecting the unique terroir. The small parcels of grapes for Landaire wines are carefully selected from their Glendon Vineyard in Padthaway, and their winery is housed in the heritage-listed Padthaway Estate, purchased in 2017 and has since undergone significant restoration works. To honour the history of the property and its original owners, Robert and Eliza Lawson, they continue to produce the Padthaway Estate Eliza Sparkling (Brut Rose and Blanc De Blancs), which can be tasted, along with Landaire wines and a grazing platter at Padthaway Estate's 1850's The Stables Cellar Door. Cellar door hours may vary and bookings are strongly encouraged to avoid disappointment.

Accommodation is available in the original 1901 Shearers Quarters (sleeping up to 8) and 1847 Lawson Cottage (sleeping up to 4).

Padthaway Estate offers an unforgettable setting for weddings from ceremony to reception and special events. Features include the 1840's Old Kitchen and carefully considered marquee. Surrounded by lush vineyards and towering gum trees in a garden-like setting. Your special moment will be celebrated in style with unique hospitality in an environment where the romance of the past and the modern comforts of the present combine.

Padthaway Estate is a 40-minute drive from Naracoorte, a comfortable 3-hour drive to Adelaide and a 5.5-hour drive to Melbourne.
