Perched on the sands of Aldinga Beach, just 50 minutes from Adelaide and moments from the celebrated McLaren Vale wine region, Pearl is a coastal restaurant shaped by sea, fire and a deep connection to place.

Nestled into the dunes beside the Aldinga boat ramp and built from reclaimed timbers sourced across Adelaide — including from the historic Her Majesty's Theatre — Pearl blends raw coastal beauty with warm, considered design.

In the open kitchen, co-owner and head chef Jules Rydon draws inspiration from the Mediterranean, with a menu centred around sustainably sourced local seafood and seasonal regional produce. Cooked over a custom-built charcoal grill, dishes shift with the catch and the season, showcasing species such as line-caught nannygai, Spencer Gulf king prawns, yellowfin whiting and Smoky Bay oysters.

Thoughtfully sourced local wines and relaxed, generous hospitality complete the experience — all set against sweeping views of the Fleurieu coastline.
