Barossa
Situated along the banks of the Para River, our cellar door is home to the historic Hoffmann Cellar. One of Barossa Valley's original wineries, built in the 1880s, the cellar was carved into the hillside to harness the natural forces of gravity in winemaking. At its heart, a stunning red gum bar has welcomed visitors from around the world for years, serving as the centrepiece for tasting some of Australia's most awarded Barossa wines.
Beyond the heritage stone building and verandah, the manicured lawns and gardens are where the magic truly happens. You can choose to pull up a seat at a table or bring your own picnic rug to sit beneath the swaying red gums and settle in with a bottle of wine and a Weighbridge platter.
