The Sandy Point Villa fronts onto lawned parklands, a safe swimming beach, and within walking distance to the Parnkalla walking trail, Recreation Centre equipped with a pool, gym, squash and basketball courts, and a short drive to the City Centre.

This well-located villa includes a queen bed in Bedroom 1, while Bedroom 2 comes with two single beds, and double bed in Bedroom 3.The bathroom is a walk-through from the main bedroom with a separate toilet & vanity.
The villa also comes with a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, along with a lovely outdoor BBQ area.
