Join for a grounding end of day sound immersion in the beautiful Adelaide Town Hall - an experience designed to help you unwind from the busyness of daily life and gently transition you into a state of relaxation and restoration. You will be guided through calming breathwork and meditation before being 'bathed' in the soothing sounds of the instruments - a time where you can simply rest, reset, and reconnect.

Yoga mats will be supplied, please bring either a blanket, cushion, bolster, rolled up towel, water bottle, eye pillow or anything else you may need to feel warm and comfortable while lying down for the session. Limited chairs may be available for those unable to lie on the floor.

Take a moment for yourself and enjoy a relaxing wellness experience in the heart of the city.
