Stand Up Paddle SA offers one-on-one lessons and group lessons at Seacliff Beach.

Whether you're a pure beginner or a seasoned stand up paddler, getting a lesson to get a critical review of your position on the board, your stroke, or even how you're holding the paddle can significantly impact your balance on your board, your speed, your ability to steer and a number of other subtle considerations that can have a huge impact on your standup paddling experience.

Stand Up Paddle SA offers paddling stroke skills sessions using advanced videoing techniques, which allow you to view your technique on dry land and then make minor adjustments to stroke and posture to produce the most efficient paddling method for you. These classes are ideal for those looking to maximize sessions on the water.
