The Bakehouse Arts and Crafts shop in Edithburgh is a treasure trove of creativity, showcasing the talent and passion of local makers. Here you'll find an ever-changing selection of handcrafted goods and homegrown produce – from delicious jams, sauces, and pickles to unique artworks, greeting cards, pottery, ceramics, woodwork, toys, baby clothes, novelties, and so much more.

First established in 1986 as both an outlet for local art and craft and a community fundraiser, the shop has a proud history of supporting local talent. Originally located in the Old Bakery on Blanche Street, it now welcomes visitors from its charming home within the Edithburgh Museum grounds on Edith Street.

Whether you're searching for the perfect gift, treating yourself to something special, or simply enjoying a leisurely browse, you'll be greeted by a team of friendly volunteers ready with a warm smile and a story or two about the pieces on display.

A visit to Bakehouse Arts and Crafts is more than a shopping trip – it's an opportunity to take home a little piece of Edithburgh's creativity and community spirit. With so many treasures under one roof, you're sure to find something that will make you smile long after your visit.
