The Barossa Aquatic and Fitness Centre, affectionately known by locals as the Rex, is the premier gym and indoor aquatic facility in the Barossa Valley. Centrally located, the centre services Tanunda, Nuriootpa, Angaston, Lyndoch, Mount Pleasant and surrounding communities.

This modern facility is staffed by a team of qualified exercise, aquatics and customer service professionals dedicated to supporting health, fitness and wellbeing for all ages and abilities.

The centre features a 25 metre heated indoor swimming pool offering Learn to Swim programs for infants from six months of age through to school aged children, as well as swimming lessons for older children and adults. Casual swimming and dedicated lap swimming sessions are also available.

At the heart of the centre is a spacious, fully equipped gym and health club featuring state of the art fitness equipment. A wide range of group fitness classes operate from the health club, catering to different fitness levels and interests. For those seeking personalised support, experienced personal trainers are available to help members achieve their individual health and fitness goals
