Accommodation
Under the Mount (Established 2016) accommodation is run by two passionate mountain bikers, Don and Kristen Norton. Having traveled within Australian and internationally to explore some of the best mountain biking destinations, they returned to Melrose in the Southern Flinders Ranges, a place which they have visited for many years to introduce purpose built accommodation for mountain bikers.

Under the Mount is also suitable for all visitors, regardless of their reason for visiting this beautiful part of the world!

Under the Mount provides accommodation for up to 26 people with a communal meeting area with kitchen facilities and a separate barn style lounge area. It is located within walking distance to all the essential attractions within the township of Melrose.

Melrose has a constant and evolving events calendar, some of the best mountain biking trails in South Australia, plenty of beautiful hikes and gentle walks nearby and an excellent taste of the Flinders Ranges for those with time constraints.

Melrose is only a three-hour drive from Adelaide and has all the essential amenities to keep visitors happy.
