House 3 at Vale 194 offers luxury self-contained accommodation in the heart of McLaren Vale, ideal for food and wine escapes, wedding guests and group getaways. The house features three king-size bedrooms with quality bedlinen, Minijumbuk quilts and pillows, and premium Dunlopillo pillows.
Guests can enjoy two bathrooms with underfloor heating and heated towel rails, Al.ive bathroom amenities, Sheridan towels, ducted reverse-cycle air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, free WiFi with Netflix, and an undercover outdoor BBQ dining area.
House 3 features the largest outdoor area within the Vale 194 complex, with a peaceful outlook towards the trees lining the Shiraz Trail. An EV charger is available for guest use, with guests needing to book either House 3 or House 4 to access EV charging facilities.
The interiors combine polished concrete flooring downstairs with warm spotted gum timber on the staircase and upper level. TVs are provided in the lounge and all bedrooms, along with one undercover car park.
Located within walking distance of McLaren Vale cellar doors, restaurants and cafés, House 3 provides a stylish and comfortable base for exploring the region, nearby beaches and the wider Fleurieu Peninsula.
