Food & Drink
arkhé (pronounced Ar-kay) is a sophisticated bar and dining establishment created by Jake Kellie, former head chef of Michelin-starred contemporary Australian barbecue restaurant, Burnt Ends, in Singapore.

Having opened to much critical acclaim in 2021, arkhé is Adelaide’s first open-flame restaurant. The dining hot spot offers all the comforts of a sleek neighbourhood bar with a global ethos and soul, boasting an immersive dining experience centred around the restaurant’s open kitchen and two-tonne, dual cavity oven.

The menu is interesting and ever-changing, with ingredients sourced from top South Australian producers are charred to perfection. Seafood takes a leading role, accompanied by array Kellie’s house fermentet garums, misos and more.

As for beverages, anticipate innovative adaptations of classic cocktails and a well-curated selection of 150 wines.
