Aurora is a world class yet accessible dining experience in the heart of Adelaide. A purpose-built open flame grill is at the centre of the open kitchen which produces modern cuisine at international standards. Working with local suppliers that align with Aurora's ethos of quality produce, locality and supportive work practices is key to their vision.

Led by award-winning Executive Chef Robin Wagner, the team at Aurora aim to take you on a journey. Ever-changing and evolving, their menu is a fusion of diverse cuisines, crafted by a talented team whose expertise is shaped by their rich heritage and diverse experiences.

Aurora is part of Immersive Light and Art | ILA, Adelaide's home of immersive art and entertainment. Since its inception in 2021, Aurora have gained a wealth of knowledge from collaborating with artists directly and are constantly researching and developing new ways to interweave gastronomic and artistic experiences, exploring the intersection of food and technology through the use of ILA's immersive LED screens. This has culminated in the introduction of 'The Immersive Table' a series of experiential degustations presented by Aurora and hosted in adjoining sister venue The Lab which is home to 50sqm of LED screens.
