A car is a must for this destination, there is private car parking at the eco pod. Port Gibbon is a 1.5 hour drive north or Port Lincoln or South of Whyalla. This accommodation accessible from Adelaide with only 2.5 hours driving time by catching the ferry from Wallaroo to Lucky Bay.

Port Gibbon is located a short 22kms from Cowell on the Eyre Peninsula. Cowell is a bustling town with a 7 day a week IGA, 2 hotels, a butcher shop, and 24 hour fuel.
