Fino Seppeltsfield in the heart of Seppeltsfield in the Barossa Valley is the epitome of progressive regional dining in South Australia. The partnership between Fino directors chef David Swain and Front-of-house personality Sharon Romeo has resulted in one of South Australia's most successful regional restaurants. The Fino philosophy draws from the connection to region, working with local farmers and growers with sustainable and seasonal produce to deliver a genuine Fino experience to every guest.

Head Chef, Jackson Gloyne leads the Fino kitchen team using his skills and vast knowledge to curate plates that express both regionality and seasonality whilst supporting small-scale, sustainable producers.

The wine list supports small batch, hand crafted wines that focus on emerging varieties, whilst paying respect to the traditional styles in the Barossa, South Australia and Australia.
