Island Alive is a nature-immersive forest escape located on the edge of Pelican Lagoon Conservation Park. Designed for deep rest and reconnection, it offers a secluded stay with uninterrupted time in nature and with one another. When you book, you receive exclusive, private access to the entire property, with no other guests on site.

Island Alive's hero experience, Sunset Forest Flow, is a three-hour private contrast therapy ritual combining steam sauna, invigorating cold plunge, and wood-fired hot tub soaks in a peaceful outdoor forest setting. This experience is included on arrival, along with a grazing platter and a bottle of local wine. Guests may enjoy unlimited use of the sauna and wood-fired hot tub throughout their stay.

Stay overnight in forest cabins as part of a self-guided nature getaway, ideal for couples, small groups, and mother-daughter escapes.

Island Alive is a self-catered experience (aside from the platter and wine on arrival) and is located just 15 minutes from Penneshaw, making it easy to dine locally while returning to seclusion and serenity.
Optional add-ons include private relaxation massages on site, or a guided sensory breathwork and forest bathing experience.

Every experience at Island Alive is intimate, eco-conscious, and deeply connected to nature, offering a truly unique Kangaroo Island escape for those seeking privacy, presence, and restoration.
