Nestled on South Australia's rugged Fleurieu Peninsula, Naiko Retreat is a sanctuary of luxury and natural wonder. Here, you're invited to slow down, reconnect, and immerse yourself in the wild beauty of the coast.

With panoramic views of the ocean, exclusive access to a private beach, and encounters with abundant wildlife, every moment at Naiko is designed to restore your spirit.

The Retreat is situated on a 2500 acre working sheep farm and nestled between Talisker Conservation Park and Deep Creek Conservation Park.


Contemporary design and luxe appliances are throughout, from the Danish Aeno Rocket pendant lights, polished concrete floors, to the French Invicta fireplace, Otto Molinari sofa and luxury bathroom products.

Naiko accommodates a maximum of 6 guests in 3 king size bedrooms, each with luxury ensuite bathroom.

At Naiko, you will find privacy, quietness and space. A place to declutter your mind; permission to turn the volume down and let distractions fade out.

$1650.00 per night Monday to Thursday. $1950 Friday to Sunday. Discounts available for 1 or 2 rooms only. Discount of 15% for stays 3 nights or more. Minimum stay of 2 nights except for long weekends and holiday periods when the min stay may be longer.
