Ocean View is a stunning air-conditioned self-catering holiday house overlooking beautiful Vivonne Bay, with the acclaimed beach just two minutes' walk away. The décor is modern with a bright and airy ambience.

There are two queen bedrooms plus a bunkroom with four single beds. The fully equipped kitchen includes new Miele appliances and an espresso coffee machine.

Free WiFi and a 55" smart TV with ABC iView, SBS On Demand & Foxtel are provided along with a Bluetooth music player.

The outside deck is equipped with a table setting and gas BBQ and has a spectacular panoramic view sweeping around from Cape Gantheaume to Point Ellen. A perfect spot for enjoying morning coffee and alfresco dinners - and viewing sunrise and sunset and the startling night sky.

The property is surrounded by lush coastal vegetation. Wildlife abounds with numerous bird species flitting around along with visits by tammar wallabies.

Ocean View is centrally located between Kangaroo Island's major tourist attractions, with Raptor Domain and Seal Bay to the east, Kelly Hill Caves, Admirals Arch, Remarkable Rocks and Flinders Chase National Park to the west and Stokes Bay to the north.

Local activities include swimming, surfing, kayaking, fishing, quad-bike riding, sandboarding and walks along the beach.

Ocean View is an easy ~70 minute drive from the ferry terminal at Penneshaw and 40 minutes from Kingscote Airport.
